I first sign up on DomainSite when they offer the cheapest .info in the market so i though, ok 1.99 shouldn’t expect much since it is that cheap blah blah blah…i change my nameserver and started my hosting experience, however recently while changing host i has some problem with dns issue and i finally use DomainSite support. I though the time needed would be like 1-3 days like GoDaddy (i register my domain there before) however surprise surprise surprise i recieve a reply from their support team within a hour…follow that i ask some other question and i am more than happy i recieve their reply within a hour everytime. I give them 4.5/5.0 for their quality support, easy and fast registration (all payment and register done within 10 mins)…however 0.5 mark has been lose to their control panel which is compare to namecheap not so user friendly but never a less their support team help out excellently…

Domainsite is a very inexpensive registrar. I found the interface slightly buggy & I was not able to get any custumer support during the weekend. They also have a few scripting error, like showing domain names are available when they aren’t. i also found the push system exyremely annoying. The best part of Domainsite is that it is very cheap and affordable. So if you are looking for a cheap place to sign up your domain name and yet a pretty good registrar…I was suggest Domainsite. Overall…I rate this registrar satisfactory and i guess you get what you paid for.

I cannot say enough about how good DomainSite has been to me. They don’t send you ridiculous ad-emails all of the time like GoDaddy and their prices are great. Their support is somewhat slow, it took more than a few hours for them to get back to me, but in the end run their support was extremely helpful and the wait was worth it. They accept Paypal also.
You should at least register one domain with DomainSite, you won’t regret it.

I’ve never had trouble with DomainSite as far as customer service or issues with my domains. They helped a lot in transferring some important domains from Registermate during that fiasco. They have excellent prices and I like the ease of transfer to another party. Some have criticized the interface, but I like the non-flashy one as it works in Opera very well versus GoDaddy/Wild Wild West’s new system. It’s simple and straight forward to me.
My only complaint with them concerns their internal DNS servers, which have gone screwy a few times for as long as an hour at a clip, even affecting their own site, as well as ours. This has happened 3-4 times in a year and a half which I guess isn’t terrible, but it’s still not good.

I think Domainsite is one of the best domain registar’s on the market today. They do not have a big site with lots of graphics, but they do have excellent pricing, excellent support, and everything you actually need in a registrar company. The control panel is simple and easy to manage your domains, and the DNS updates process extremely quickly. The few times I have contacted support, they have always replied very quickly and seemed very knowlegable, solving the problem in one or two emails. I would highly recommend Domainsite to anyone.

I’m very satisfied with Domainsite and i have over 1000 domains with them now, but total i have had about 2500 domains registered through them. DomainSite support have always answered me fast within few hours and some times within 10 minutes.

They are not cheaper! $7.99 against $7.20 of Godaddy?
The $6.99 is not good because they give you nothing else than the name.
